Health funds
All major Australian health funds accepted, with HICAPS on-the-spot claiming, you pay only the gap on the day. Item numbers are provided in advance so you can check rebates with your fund.
Kids & the CDBS
Eligible children aged 0–17 can receive up to $1,132 of bulk-billed dental care over two calendar years through the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule. Call with your Medicare card and we'll check eligibility for you.
Payment plans
Larger treatments like orthodontics and implants can be spread across the course of treatment with flexible payment arrangements. We'll set this out clearly in your written plan.

First-visit questions
Allow about 45 minutes for a comprehensive new-patient examination. Children's first visits are usually shorter and deliberately relaxed.
Your Medicare card, health fund card, any referral or recent X-rays, and a list of medications. For children, bring their Medicare details so we can check CDBS eligibility.
Always. After your examination you'll receive a written treatment plan with item numbers and costs, so you can check your rebate with your health fund before booking anything.
Yes, flexible payment arrangements are available for larger treatments such as orthodontics and implants. Ask us at your consultation and we'll walk you through the options.
You're in very good company. Tell us when you book. We'll pace the visit around you, explain everything before it happens, and nothing goes ahead until you're comfortable.
