How Invisalign works
Your treatment starts with digital records of your teeth, from which a full movement plan is designed, you can see the projected result before you begin. You then wear a sequence of custom clear aligners, each for about a week or two, 20–22 hours a day. Small tooth-coloured attachments and precise pressure points move your teeth step by step.
Why patients choose it
- Nearly invisible: most people simply won't notice
- Removable: eat whatever you like; brush and floss normally
- Comfortable: smooth plastic, no bracket rubs or wire pokes
- Predictable: progress is mapped digitally from day one
The honest caveats
Invisalign works brilliantly for the right case, and less well for some complex movements where Damon braces or lingual braces may do a better job. It also demands discipline: aligners only work while they're in. Dr Anand will tell you plainly which camp your case falls into. Because we offer every system, we have no reason to force-fit you into this one.
